    Lahendus

    Lahendus

    1. Ühendage liidesekaabel mõlemast otsast uuesti.
    2. Valige Windowsi draiveris port, millega printer tegelikult ühendatud on (USB, COM või võrk).
    3. DA220 RS-232: kasutage otsekaablit (pin-to-pin) ja samu jadapordi seadeid nii arvutis kui ka printeris.
    4. DA220 Ethernet või Wi-Fi: kontrollige TSC Console'is IP-aadressi, alamvõrgumaski ja lüüsi ning veenduge, et kaabel on ühendatud ja pordi tuled vilguvad.

    Lahendus

    1. Paigaldage rull uuesti nii, et prinditav pool oleks üleval prindipea poole.
    2. Tõmmake küünega kiiresti üle etiketi. Kui tumedat jälge ei teki, vajavad etiketid värvilinti ega tööta selles printeris; kasutage otsetermoetikette.

    Lahendus

    1. Määrake etiketi suurus täpselt paigaldatud etikettide järgi nii draiveris (Printing preferences › Page Setup › Stock) kui ka etiketitarkvaras.
    2. Kalibreerige: lülitage välja, hoidke all FEED, lülitage sisse ja vabastage FEED, kui märgutuli vilgub punaselt.
    3. Kui etiketid söödetakse läbi peatumata, lähtestage printer (lahendus 9) ja kalibreerige uuesti.
    4. Puhastage andur pehme mittemetallist harja või tolmuimejaga.

    8. Halb printimiskvaliteetKahvatu, laiguline või valgete joontega

    PõhjusKaas pole täielikult suletud, vale toiteplokk, valesti paigaldatud etiketid, määrdunud või kahjustatud prindipea või sobimatu tumedus ja kiirus.

    Lahendus

    1. Sulgege ülemine kaas täielikult, nii et mõlemad hoovad lukustuvad.
    2. Kontrollige, et kasutate kaasasolevat 24 V alalisvoolu toiteplokki, ja paigaldage etiketid uuesti.
    3. Lülitage printer välja, laske prindipeal vähemalt minut jahtuda ja puhastage see vatitiku ja 99 % isopropüülalkoholiga. Puhastage samamoodi survevalts.
    4. Suurendage tumedust või vähendage kiirust draiveris, etiketitarkvaras või TSC Console'is.
    5. Printige isetest (vabastage sisselülitamisel FEED kollase vilkumise ajal). Puuduvad punktid testmustris tähendavad kahjustatud prindipead; võtke asendamiseks meiega ühendust.
    9. Tehaseseadete taastaminePrinteri lähtestamine

    Lahendus

    1. Lülitage printer välja.
    2. Hoidke all FEED ja lülitage printer sisse.
    3. Märgutuli süttib kollaselt, vilgub seejärel 5 korda punaselt, siis 5 korda kollaselt ja siis 5 korda roheliselt. Vabastage FEED rohelise vilkumise ajal.
    4. Seejärel kalibreerige andur uuesti.

    TSC Console'is valige printer ja kasutage käsku Functions › Printer Configuration › Factory Default. Käsk Wi-Fi Default lähtestab ainult Wi-Fi seaded. Pange enne lähtestamist oma võrguseaded kirja ja kontrollige neid pärast seda.
