    Lahendus

    2. STATUS ja PAUSE vilguvad punaselt: lülitage printer välja, laske sel mitu minutit jahtuda ja lülitage uuesti sisse.

    Lahendus

    1. Vähendage etiketivormingut või selle prindiala või kustutage salvestatud graafika, fondid ja vormingud, mida te enam ei kasuta.

    Lahendus

    1. Kontrollige andurit: vahedega etikettide ja pideva paberi puhul keskel (vaikeasend), muul juhul musta märgi või sälgu keskel.
    2. Käivitage SmartCal: kui STATUS põleb püsivalt roheliselt, hoidke 2 sekundit all PAUSE + CANCEL. Printer söödab mõne etiketi ja STATUS muutub taas püsivalt roheliseks.
    3. Etiketid jäävad ikka vahele? Kalibreerige käsitsi:
      1. Hoidke 2 sekundit all PAUSE. Kõik tuled vilguvad kollaselt, seejärel jääb STATUS kollaseks: see on materjali käsitsi kalibreerimise režiim.
      2. Vajutage PAUSE. SUPPLIES vilgub, seejärel vilgub PAUSE.

    2. Puhastage prindipead Zebra prindipea puhastamise juhiste järgi ja kontrollige, kas survevaltsil on mustust või kahjustusi.
    3. Kasutage ainult printeriga kaasas olnud toiteplokki.

    Lahendus

    1. Tõmmake küünega kiiresti üle etiketi. Kui musta jälge ei teki, pole tegemist otsetermoetikettidega; vahetage need välja.
    2. Kontrollige, et prinditav pool oleks üleval prindipea poole.
    9. Arvutist ei prindita midagiTöö on saadetud, printer ei reageeri

    PõhjusPrinter on pausil, ZDesigner draiver puudub või võrguühendus puudub.

    Lahendus

    1. PAUSE on kollane: jätkamiseks vajutage PAUSE. Tööde eelnevaks kustutamiseks vajutage pausi ajal CANCEL (järgmine töö) või hoidke seda 2 sekundit all (kõik tööd).
    2. Windows näitab printerit tundmatu või „Määramata seadmena” ("Unspecified device"): see ühendati enne draiveri paigaldamist. Järgige meie ZDesigner draiveri juhendit.
    3. Hoidke 2 sekundit all FEED + CANCEL. Kui konfiguratsiooniaruanne prinditakse, on probleem arvuti või võrgu poolel.
    4. NETWORK on punane: kontrollige Etherneti-kaablit mõlemast otsast, seejärel lugege aruandelt IP-aadress ja võrrelge seda Windowsi printeripordiga.

    Kuidas ZD611 kalibreerida?

    Kui STATUS põleb püsivalt roheliselt, hoidke SmartCali käivitamiseks 2 sekundit all PAUSE ja CANCEL. Kui etiketid jäävad ikka vahele, kalibreerige käsitsi (lahendus 6).

    Kuidas ZD611 tehaseseadetele lähtestada?

    Lülitage printer välja, hoidke sisselülitamise ajal all PAUSE ja FEED ning vabastage need, kui põleb ainult STATUS-tuli. See lähtestab printeri seaded, kuid mitte võrguseadeid; seejärel kalibreerige uuesti.
