TSC PEX-2000 Series (PEX-2260L-A001-0002)

The TSC PEX-2260L is a 6-inch print engine from the PEX-2000 Series for automatic label applicators that print wide labels, such as pallet and carton shipping labels. A robust die-cast mechanism, an angle-adjustable peel-off module and print deviation within ±0.4 mm keep high-volume lines running 24/7. It prints in thermal transfer and direct thermal at 203 dpi and up to 356 mm/s with a print width of 168 mm, takes media up to 180 mm wide, uses 600 m ribbons and connects via GPIO (DB15F) + parallel, USB, RS-232, Ethernet and two USB host ports. This version, PEX-2260L-A001-0002, is the left-hand (LH) version – choose the orientation that matches the media path of your applicator.

• Wide media range – media 50.8–180 mm wide and 0.076–0.305 mm thick (RFID tags up to 1.2 mm); continuous, die-cut, black-mark, notched and fanfold media fed from the applicator's unwinder.
• 600 m ribbons – long ribbons (1-inch core, ink coated inside or outside) mean fewer changes; the optional Ribbon Saver moves the ribbon only when it is actually needed.
• Connected as standard – GPIO (DB15F) + Centronics parallel, USB 2.0, RS-232, 10/100 Ethernet and two USB host ports (front and rear); options: DB25F GPIO, Wi-Fi 802.11ac + Bluetooth 4.2 module and internal Bluetooth.
• 3.5-inch colour display – multi-language IPS display with six buttons and a status indicator for simplified media handling and calibration.
• Customisable printer languages – TSPL-EZD with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL compatibility (TSPL-EZS with SBPL as an option), so existing templates and print files stay the same.
• Remote management – monitor print engines on the SOTI Connect dashboard and deploy, monitor and troubleshoot them with TSC Console.
• Built for 24/7 uptime – robust metal chassis, MTBF up to 22,000 hours, a magnetic media door lock, effortless printhead replacement and a compact rear chassis for quick component swaps.
• Upgrade options – UHF RFID encoder, Ribbon Saver, DB25F GPIO, Wi-Fi + Bluetooth module and internal Bluetooth 5.0 MFi (factory option).
