Text can be aligned left, centred or right with adjustable character and line spacing, and simple images can be downloaded with the BIXOLON utility. The height-adjustable pole, 360° screen rotation and five-step tilt let you position it exactly in the customer's line of sight, and ESC/POS, CD5220, UTC and PD6000 emulations plus Windows/OPOS drivers and Windows, Android and iOS SDKs make integration easy. This version, BCD-2000DSG/BEXK, has an RS232 serial interface and the larger, more stable desktop stand; it ships with power supply unit and power cable, while a serial cable can be ordered separately if needed.

📦 What's in the box – BCD-2000DSG/BEXK

BIXOLON BCD-2000 customer display – dark grey, RS232, with large stand and height-adjustable pole

Power supply unit – included

Power cable – included

💡 To get started, you might also consider an RS232 cable to connect the display to your POS system, unless a suitable cable is already in place.

View accessories →

Key Features

2 or 4 lines – 20 × 2 or 30 × 4 characters (max. 120) in two fonts (8 × 16 / 9 × 17 dots) on a blue/white STN LCD

Flexible text layout – left, centre or right alignment with adjustable horizontal/vertical, character and line spacing

Easy to read – 100 cd/m² brightness and 4.24 × 8.48 mm characters

Fully adjustable – height-adjustable pole, 360° screen rotation and five-step tilt;
