Honeywell Granit Ultra 2105i Rugged Barcode Scanner (2105IHD-3-CLE)

The Honeywell Granit Ultra 2105i is an ultra-rugged cordless Bluetooth® 2D handheld scanner for warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics yards and forklift work. Thanks to Honeywell's AI-enhanced decoding it scans on average 45% faster than the Granit XP and reads damaged and poor-quality 1D and 2D barcodes; it survives 3 m drops to concrete and 7,500 tumbles, is sealed to IP65 and IP68, and its 3,300 mAh battery delivers up to 100,000 scans per charge. The scanner is backed by a 3-year Honeywell warranty (battery: 1 year). This version, 2105IHD-3-CLE, has High Density (HD) optics (for tiny, high-density 1D and 2D codes down to 2 mil) and is supplied as the scanner with its battery only – the CCB23 charge and communication base, the interface cable and the power supply are not included.

• Cordless Bluetooth® freedom – Bluetooth 4.2 with adaptive frequency hopping and a Class 1 radio: up to 100 m line of sight to the CCB23 base, and up to 7 scanners can share one base – ideal for large warehouses, docks and forklifts.
• Full-shift battery – the replaceable 3,300 mAh Li-ion battery (BAT-SCN11) delivers up to 100,000 scans or about 14 hours of operation (at 2 scans per second) per charge; it recharges in under 4 hours from a USB BC1.2 port or a 5 V / 3 A power supply.
• New IP65 charge and communication base – the CCB23 base offers easy drop-in charging on flat work surfaces and a latching mechanism that holds the scanner securely when the base is mounted vertically or on a vehicle; it connects to the host via USB, keyboard wedge or RS-232, depending on the cable.
• Works from −20 °C to 50 °C – in cold stores, on outdoor docks and in hot production halls (charging: 5 °C to 35 °C).
• Multi-code reading and image capture – reads several barcodes in the field of view and outputs the data in a predefined order with Honeywell's Data Format Editor; captures document images at up to 109 PPI on A4.
• Reads virtually every code – 1D, PDF417, 2D (incl. DotCode, Aztec, Data Matrix and QR), postal codes, Digimarc digital watermarks and OCR (OCR-A, OCR-B, MICR E-13B, SEMI).
• Fast, intuitive scanning with clear feedback – motion tolerance of up to 4 m/s, omnidirectional reading, good-decode LEDs, a beeper with adjustable tone and volume, and adjustable vibration for noisy environments.

Technical Specifications

Not sure which version you need? For a new workstation choose a USB kit – it includes the scanner, battery, CCB23 charge and communication base and USB cable; for serial hosts choose an RS232 kit. The scanner-only versions are intended as replacement or additional scanners for an existing CCB23 base.
