The Honeywell IH45 is a handheld UHF RFID reader with a pistol grip that attaches to a Honeywell mobile computer (CT40, CT45, CT47, CT60, EDA51, EDA52 and more) and turns it into an all-in-one RFID and barcode tool: it reads RFID tags at up to 6 m, writes them at up to 3 m, and its trigger also fires the mobile computer's 1D/2D scan engine. It connects directly via USB through the device bracket or wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0, and has its own removable 4000 mAh battery. This version, IH45-0-N001S00OK, is the EU version for the 865–868 MHz UHF band – the correct frequency for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Czechia and other EU countries.

📡 Frequency band: IH45-0-N001S00OK is Honeywell's EU version (865–868 MHz) – suitable for use in the EU. The US version (IH45-0-N001S00UK, 902–928 MHz) is a different product and is not intended for use in Europe.
💡 Charging: the IH45 charges through its charging contacts in any Honeywell CT40 dock with a non-booted cup – on its own or together with the attached mobile computer – e.g. the charging/communication dock CT40-HB-UVN-2 or the 4-slot charging station CT40-CB-UVN-2 (both EU versions with power supply and mains cord). Docks for booted devices need the adapter sleeve IH40-ADP-SLV. For multi-shift use, add a spare battery 50181029-001 and the 4-bay battery charger EDA50-QBC-2.
💡 Connecting: attach the IH45 to the mobile computer with its bracket to work in USB mode, or pair it via Bluetooth – tap the mobile computer's NFC antenna to the reader's NFC tag, scan the pairing QR code or use Auto Connect. Barcode scanning with the IH45 trigger is supported with Honeywell mobile computers.

- Hot-swappable 4000 mAh battery – the reader has its own 3.8 V battery, so it does not drain the mobile computer; it can be changed without tools and without removing the mobile computer.
- One charging station for reader and computer – the IH45 fits all Honeywell CT40 charging docks (non-booted cups; booted cups with an adapter sleeve) and charges together with the attached mobile computer; spare batteries charge in EDA50/EDA51 battery chargers.
- Ergonomic and balanced – a pistol-grip design weighing 450 g (without mobile computer) for comfortable all-day use.
- Built for daily use – IP54 sealing against dust and splashing water, multiple 1.2 m drops to concrete and 1,000 tumbles at 0.5 m.
