The Honeywell PX940 is a high-performance 4-inch industrial printer for error-free labelling where unreadable barcodes lead to fines, chargebacks or returned shipments. It prints with a registration of up to ±0.2 mm at up to 14 ips (350 mm/s), takes 213 mm label rolls and 450 m ink-in or ink-out ribbons, and is operated via a 3.5-inch colour touchscreen. The PX940V adds an integrated barcode verifier that grades every barcode and automatically voids and reprints bad labels. This version, PX940V30100060200, comes with: integrated barcode verifier (ISO/ANSI grading), thermal transfer and direct thermal printing, 203 dpi print head, colour touch display, integrated rewinder with label-taken sensor (rewind or peel-off), 3-inch (76 mm) media core, USB, RS-232 and Ethernet.

Which version should you choose? The PX940V with integrated verifier checks and grades every barcode – ideal wherever chargebacks or compliance fines are a risk; the PX940A is the same precision printer without verifier. Pick 203 dpi for logistics labels, 300 dpi for small barcodes and 600 dpi for tiny, high-precision labels, and the rewinder / peel-off version for peel-and-apply or rewound output.
