Submitting a Claim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-14e362fd\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">1.1. If a product does not meet the agreed quality, arrives defective, or there is another issue with the order, the Customer must notify SCANSHOP O\u00dc immediately by e-mailing <strong><a>info@scanshop.ee<\/a><\/strong>.<br>1.2. The e-mail must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer\u2019s full name and contact details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number or invoice reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clear description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting photos\/videos of the defect or problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-fabd3836\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">1.3. All claims will be reviewed within <strong>3 working days<\/strong>, after which the Customer will be contacted with further instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-b31e3450\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">1.4. Depending on the situation, the Customer may request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>repair or replacement of the Product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a reduction in the purchase price, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a refund if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-20c1e2c7\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">1.5. SCANSHOP O\u00dc is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>damages caused by improper or unintended use of the product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>normal wear and tear,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defects caused by failure to follow user or maintenance instructions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kliendi s\u00fc\u00fcst p\u00f5hjustatud value v\u00e4henemine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-a2f337b0\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">1.6. Claims cannot be processed if the purchase cannot be proven (e.g., lack of order confirmation or invoice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"wd-74d18fdb\" class=\"wp-block-wd-divider wd-style-line\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wd-47b03db4\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">2. Product Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-e230a158\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">2.1. Customers may withdraw from an order within <strong>14 days of receiving the goods<\/strong>, provided there is a valid reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-9ed790af\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">2.2. Before returning any product, the Customer must first notify SCANSHOP O\u00dc at <strong><a>info@scanshop.ee<\/a><\/strong> with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the reason for the return, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos showing the condition of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-057138c9\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">\u26a0\ufe0f Returned items <strong>must not<\/strong> be shipped back without receiving written confirmation and return instructions from SCANSHOP O\u00dc. Any unsolicited returns sent directly to our company address will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-26272f74\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">2.3. Once approval is given, the Customer will be provided with the correct return address and instructions. The product must be carefully repackaged in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong> to ensure safe transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-fd6102ab\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">2.4. After SCANSHOP O\u00dc confirms receipt of the returned product, the Customer will receive a written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-30ab3bc1\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">2.5. Refunds are processed within <strong>14 days<\/strong> after the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund will be transferred to the same bank account used for the original payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-189d313c\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph translation-block\">2.6. Refunds cover the value of the returned product(s). <strong>Delivery costs and return shipping fees are not reimbursed<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-23364db4\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">2.7. Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
