4. Ordering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
4.2. The Customer must provide accurate data (name, address, e-mail, order details) during checkout.
4.3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an automatic acknowledgment e-mail. This does not yet confirm order acceptance.<\/strong>
4.4. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n5. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

5.4. Any transfer fees are borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n6. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
6.2. Average delivery time is 3\u20134 working days<\/strong> after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 working days<\/strong>.
6.3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from 09:00 on the next Monday\u2013Friday working day<\/strong>.
6.4. The Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
6.5. If the package arrives damaged or opened, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller at info@scanshop.ee<\/a><\/strong> and provide evidence (e.g. photos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
7.2. To exercise this right, a written notice must be sent to info@scanshop.ee<\/a><\/strong> within the withdrawal period.
7.3. Returned goods must be in original condition, unused, with original packaging and all accessories.
7.4. Unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, the return shipping cost is paid by the Customer<\/strong>.
7.5. The Seller refunds the purchase within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
7.6. Exemptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, unsealed hygienic goods, or other cases specified by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n8. Non-conformity, Warranty and Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
8.2. Depending on the issue, remedies may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund in line with Estonian law.
8.3. Where applicable, manufacturer warranties will be respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n9. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
9.2. The Seller\u2019s maximum liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.
