The Citizen CT-E301 is a compact, fast 80 mm thermal receipt printer with an antibacterial, disinfectant-resistant housing – ideal for retail checkouts, restaurants, kitchens, pharmacies and healthcare counters. It prints sharp 203 dpi receipts at up to 250 mm/s on 80 or 58 mm paper, cuts them cleanly with a full/partial auto-cutter and takes up only 125 × 165 mm of counter space. This version, CTE301XXEBX, is black with a USB interface; it comes with an external power supply and a power cord with an EU plug – the interface cable is not included.

⚠️ Please note: no interface cable is included. The printer cannot be connected to your computer or POS system without one – please order a USB cable separately: the Bixolon USB-KAB-G USB cable (USB A to B) fits, as does any standard USB 2.0 A-to-B printer cable. No paper roll is included either – please order 80 mm thermal paper rolls (Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 (3013286) or Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 (3012973)) together with the printer.
💡 Useful extras: 58 mm thermal paper rolls (Citizen 3621900) for use with the supplied partition. The drawer kick-out port (24 V) can open up to two standard cash drawers automatically with every sale.

- 8 MB flash memory – stores logos and user-defined characters (384 KB user area); prints 1D barcodes, GS1 DataBar, PDF417 and QR codes.
- Two cash drawers – the 24 V drawer kick-out port opens up to two cash drawers automatically with every sale.
- Tool-free maintenance – quick cleaning and part replacement without tools minimise downtime.
- Energy saving – approx. 1 W in standby.
- ESC/POS compatible – Windows, OPOS, JavaPOS and CUPS (macOS / Linux) drivers; works with most POS software, including Loyverse.
