Honeywell CK62 Terminal (CK62-X00-57S1CCG)

The Honeywell CK62 is a lightweight rugged keypad mobile computer for warehouses and distribution centres. Weighing just 440 g, it pairs a physical keypad with a 4" Gorilla Glass 5 touchscreen, runs Android 14 with Google Mobile Services on Honeywell's Mobility Edge platform and combines a Qualcomm 4490 octa-core processor, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, a 13 MP camera and a hot-swappable 7000 mAh battery (more than 28 hours of runtime) in an IP65 housing that survives 1.8 m drops. This version, CK62-X00-57S1CCG, is the Wi-Fi 6E model without mobile data. Configuration: S0703 standard-range imager, 29-key large-numeric keypad, 8 GB RAM / 128 GB Flash.

Key Features

• Light and rugged – only 440 g and 27 mm at its thinnest point, yet IP65 sealed, MIL-STD-810H tested and rated for multiple 1.8 m (6 ft) drops to concrete and 3,000 tumbles at 1 m.
• Keypad plus touchscreen – carefully designed 29-key large numeric keypad, two programmable side scan keys and a 4" Gorilla Glass 5 multi-touch display.
• Honeywell scanning – the S0703 standard-range imager reads 1D/2D barcodes quickly and reliably, even when damaged or poorly printed.
• Wi-Fi 6E – tri-band 2.4/5/6 GHz 802.11ax with 2x2 MU-MIMO and Bluetooth 5.3 for fast, reliable warehouse networks.
• Mobility Edge platform – Android 14 with GMS, upgradeable to Android 18 (4 GB models: Android 16 planned), Qualcomm 4490 octa-core 2.4 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM / 128 GB Flash and microSD up to 2 TB.
• All-shift battery – hot-swappable 7000 mAh Li-ion battery for more than 28 hours of runtime, Quick Charge 3.0 and a full charge in about 3.5 hours.
• Enterprise software – Honeywell Operational Intelligence for device management and Smart Talk for voice calls, messaging and push-to-talk.
• Accessory ecosystem – scan handle, Home Base, 4-slot and 5-bay charge bases, 4- and 16-bay battery chargers and holsters; it uses the same 7000 mAh battery as the CK65/CK67.
