Honeywell HF810 Fixed Mount Industrial Scanner (HF810-11WT00004K-R)

The Honeywell HF810 and HF811 are compact fixed-mount 2D industrial scanners for package sorting, light manufacturing and automated warehouse processes. Honeywell's enhanced decoding technology with a dedicated DPM algorithm reads 1D and 2D barcodes as well as codes marked directly on parts (DPM), the liquid lens adjusts the focus electronically, and the scanners are network-ready with RS232, RS485, Ethernet (TCP/IP) and the PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP industrial protocols – all in an IP65 housing of just 70 × 55 × 45 mm. This version, HF810-11WT00004K-R, is the HF810 with a 0.5 MP sensor, a wide field of view (39° × 22°) for larger codes and wider reading areas, and white illumination. It is supplied as the scanner only – cables and power supply are ordered separately.

• Plug and play – quick setup with the Honeywell DataMax Plus configuration tool; the Autotune function optimises the scanning parameters at the press of a button.
• Compact industrial design – IP65 housing of only 70 × 55 × 45 mm and 180 g with industrial M12 connectors, operating from 0 °C to 50 °C and backed by a 3-year factory warranty.

Technical Specifications

Not sure which version you need? Choose the HF810 (0.5 MP) for standard printed 1D and 2D codes, or the HF811 (2 MP) for very small, high-density codes and demanding DPM marks. Part numbers HF81x-01… have the narrow field of view, which concentrates the resolution on smaller codes and longer distances, while HF81x-11… versions have the wide field of view for larger codes and wider reading areas. The letter that follows is the illumination: B = blue, R = red, W = white – red is the classic choice for printed labels, while blue or white light can give better contrast on reflective, metal or coloured surfaces. All versions are supplied without cables and power supply – order the 24 V power supply and the mounting bracket together with the scanner and ask us for the matching HF81X M12 cables.
