The Zebra ZQ521 is a premium, ultra-rugged 4-inch mobile printer for receipts, labels and tags on the move – built for field service, delivery, warehousing, retail and ticketing. It prints sharp 203 dpi direct thermal output up to 104 mm wide at up to 127 mm/s, survives repeated 2 m drops onto concrete, is IP54-sealed without a case, and its 3250 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery lasts a full shift. This version, ZQ52-BUE100E-00, connects via Bluetooth (Classic + Low Energy), USB and NFC tap-to-pair and is a linerless model with a silicone platen roller; it ships with a 3250 mAh battery and a belt clip – the charger is sold separately.

Which version should you choose? Pick Bluetooth (BUE) to print from a paired handheld or smartphone, or Wi-Fi + Bluetooth (BUW) for network printing, remote management and roaming. Choose a linerless version (…100E) for liner-free labels or the RFID version (…030E) to encode UHF tags.
